La gente si ritrova incredula e spaesata, con i sacchetti da conferire tra le mani e senza essere stata informata di nessuna soluzione alternativa.
Si suppone infatti che là dove spariscono i cassonetti, venga avviata la raccolta porta a porta; non è mai così.
