The TAR Lazio Albano rejected the incinerator, which would rise near the site of Roncigliano, in the Castelli Romani.

A gas plant waste, against the building of which the opposition is doing citizenship for years.

On October 27, 2010 there was a hearing on the TAR of Lazio dispute submitted by associations and citizens against the construction.

the Lazio Regional Administrative Court accepts the appeal and quash the environmental impact assessment, protocol. No 177,177 's 8.10.2008, the IPPC, prot. No B3694 of 13/8/2009, the order of the President of Lazio Region No 3 of 22.10.2008.

--- The following is the final part of the decision:

The Administrative Court of Lazio, Rome office, sec. I ^, and finally given a decision on additional grounds referred to in the epigraph, hereby orders:

1) receives the main action;

2) welcomes the additional grounds to appeal No. 132/2009 filed on April 7, 2009, limited to appeals of the order of the President of Lazio Region on 10/22/2008 and unfounded and declared them ineligible for the rest;

3) welcomes the additional grounds filed on 12/04/2009 ;

5) annulla, per l’effetto, nei sensi di cui in motivazione, la valutazione di impatto ambientale, prot. n. 177177 dell’ 8.10.2008, l’autorizzazione integrata ambientale, prot. n. B3694 del 13.8.2009, l’ordinanza del Presidente della Regione Lazio n. 3 del 22.10.2008.
